the hotel location is very central it made exploring convenient. i found the staff helpful and friendly throughout my stay. the room setup was nice and clean it provided a comfortable environment.
the room colors were very dark i found this impacted the lighting. the bathroom felt small this made it a bit uncomfortable to use. noise from the street was noticeable which affected sleep quality.

I found the hotel very central. The location made it easy to reach various attractions and transportation hubs. I liked the staff. They were friendly and dedicated. the hotel has an unusual art style .
the room i stayed in felt a little dark. more lighting could improve the ambiance, especially when applying makeup. the electronic blinds had some glitches, though they eventually worked after several tries.

The reception staff was helpful. They quickly addressed all my inquiries. Communication was easy because they use WhatsApp before check-in. this made the pre-arrival process very smooth.

The hotel had a very nice location right in the city center. Breakfast was also decent with a lot of variety, I thought it was amazing!!!
The shower was annoying. Water got everywhere because the shower was over the bath. Everything was chargeable in the room including use of robe and slippers.
